On any given day, I may be exploring this beautiful town of Cleveland, Ohio or strolling down the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. Either way I take with me the attitude of community which allows me to take notice of how others view their community and take advantage of what the community has to offer! As a business owner, I take special note of how individuals utilize the businesses in the area... which ones they frequent most, and which businesses seem to go the extra mile at meeting the needs of their customers!

When I first started my consulting business, I knew I wanted to work with small businesses and help get them on the fast track to expanding, organizing, and professionalizing their experience, but what I didn't know is what specific type of businesses I would work with. There seemed to be so many to choose from and I knew making that choice would essentially determine my own personal niche! But would it really? Not a chance! Instead, it became easier for me to educate myself in each business that sought my service and open my mind to the possibility that my specific specialty was grounded in the one thing that all businesses had in common....People! I believed my years of experience in working with people as a social worker would guide me in my efforts to help businesses manage people better and eventually lead to increased productivity and overall company growth!
